BREAKFAST IS SERVED 8am-9am


FROM THE BUFFET TABLE:

Fruit juice, cereals – including muesli  and  granola  –  fresh  fruit  salad,  natural  yogurt,  porridge, and a selection of   warm pastries.

OUR SPECIALITY NORTHUMBRIAN BREAKFAST IS TAILORED TO SUIT:

Locally sourced bacon, sausage, black pudding, free range extra-large eggs (fried, poached or scrambled) vine tomatoes, hash browns, mushrooms and baked beans.

*Vegetarian sausages are also available.*

OUR LIGHTER OPTIONS ARE:

  • Eggs:- boiled, poached, or scrambled.
  • Omelette made with 2 eggs and a filling of your choice.
  • Toasted muffin topped with smoked salmon and scrambled egg.
  • Eggs Benedict.
  • Speedy eggs and avocado – sliced hard boiled eggs, sliced avocado, lemon juice, and tomatoes.
  • Buttered Craster kipper with lemon.
  • Pancakes with fruit and maple syrup/or with bacon and mushrooms.

FOLLOWED BY: 

Rustic brown or white toast –  with homemade marmalade and a range of homemade preserves.

Fresh filter or decaffeinated coffee or tea – choose from our wide selection of teas and herbal infusions.
