Double Occupancy   £115 per night    /   Single Occupancy    £100 per night

As we are unable to offer a card facility payment, deposits and any monies outstanding will have to be paid either:-

1) With a cheque (payable to PAULINE ELLIS)

2) OR with cash

3) OR through BACS  or PAYPAL (we will forward these details should you need them)

Kindly note that during the summer months (from April – October) a minimum of 2 nights must be booked at weekends.

We are happy to offer generous discounts to returning guests, or to guests choosing to stay for a week or more.

How to Find Us

From the A69

  • See on the right a converted chapel “Roman Villa”
  • Follow the road around a slight bend
  • See on the left a blue HGV sign which marks the entrance to Henshaw Village.Take this road to the left.
  • Travel straight ahead, converted chapel on your left, lower green on your right
  • Travel straight ahead to the top green on the left.
  • Henshaw Farmhouse is on the right,and marks the entrance to a gravelled private road. Take this road
  • Henshaw Barn is attached to the farmhouse
  • Secure parking is available, directly in front of the house

From B6318

Travelling from either North or South:-

  • At the OnceBrewed Tourist Information Centre take the road signposted to Vindolanda andBardon Mill.
  • First road to appear on the left is the road to Vindolanda. DO NOT TAKE – closely followed  by the road to Bardon Mill, also on the left. DO NOT TAKE.
  • Continue to T junction – now bear left – signposted to Bardon Mill,and Henshaw.
  • Stay on this road. On reaching the sharp bend see landmark house –HunterCrook.
  • Continue driving. Roughly 1/2 amile from HunterCrook is the entrance to Henshaw village –ON THE RIGHT (NO SIGNAGE.)
  • In the village continue driving along the”top” road, past the small village green – onwards and upwards to the top green.
  • See on the right – Henshaw Farmhouse, marking the entrance to a gravelled road.
  • *HENSHAW BARN is next along (attached to the farmhouse) with secure parking immediately in front of the house.
